Hey Melissa,
I think the root to all of this is that there isn’t a self care routine in place where, despite the demands of day to day life and of people around you, what you want is being put on hold. Maybe start by having a ‘Me hour’ every night before you go to bed where you turn off your phone, read, meditate, do some yoga… Whatever relaxes and serves you and only you. Sometimes you need to put yourself first in order to sleep better and feel better.
