I have to say I can relate to you 100%. I started getting panic attacks when I was just 11. It can be very traumatic.
As many others have said, it WILL pass. I promise. Remember everything is temporary.
Firstly, I found counselling was a huge help. Even if you’re nervous about it, get everything out in the open! You’ll start to feel better. Maybe try writing a journal.
I also think it’s important to take some time off from whatever you’re currently doing in your life, whether it’s a job, study etc… Your health comes first. Spend some time in nature, try some breathing exercises, maybe even some yoga!
Remember, panic attacks are created by the mind and nothing dangerous can happen to you when you’re having one. Its just adrenaline.
You CAN overcome this! 🙂 and you definitely aren’t alone.
