    Hello Jess,
You have to realize being free and joyful is your birth right and if any person or situation tries to snatch it from you, just fight it off. When it comes to difficult situations especially the ones beyond your control, when you can’t fight them off, you tend to get depressed but then realize ithe fact that nothing stays.Everything is temporary including your worries .So even if you have problems in your life today, tomorrow is definitely going to be bright.
When it comes to loneliness, just think that almost all the friends are the friends of good times, they run off when they see you in trouble, this is the way people work.A hard fact but essential to realize.Always remember we don’t need anyone to survive here,we are born free and should stay that way.It is just because we engulf ourselves in the chains of useless relationships and desires that we feel the way you are doing right now.

    Hey.
I think you just have to calm down and think over it positively. You see people have a general tendency to project themselves as “never wrong always perfect” kind of guy. No one likes his mistakes to be pointed out.So if you know that the man in front of you is wrong it is likely that he’ll not understand that.Believe me or not everyone is like this.Let’s take an example:You get sad even when you commit a slight mistake. Why?Because you project yourself as the perfect guy while in reality you can’t be perfect.Everyone commits mistakes,a lot of them.

Now as far as your life is considered you don’t have to make a lot of friends if you don’t want to.I mean its no compulsion. But try develping loving kindness towards others it’ll help throw a lot of burden off your head.Start by loving yourself first and then try to spread it outwards. You see its no point hating someone just because he is rude to you.If people are manipulative, develop your intelligence and make efforts so that you don’t get manipulated.

    Hey guys,
It is a very common thing to blame ourselves or draw a bad picture of ourselves whenevr we don’t have answers.A lot of people do it but I think try this and you’ll feel better:

1.Although there is all maya and everything is imaginary however real it may seem yet it has not got to do anything with our actions. We are bound by our actions in this world and we have to perform the proper actions with as much detatchment as possible.Actions are the only way to release us from the cycle of this life and birth.

2.Detatchment does not mean you don’t do anything at all.It is a concept introduced so that we don’t fall prey to false attractions (lust and all that.)

3.Never be heavy on yourself.Just accept whatever is beyond your control including yourself. We often hate ourselves a lot.Now tell me how can a person love others if he can’t love himself! And as far as confusion is concerned, what is there to be confused? You know how do we define knowledge?Well I found a very impressive definition and let me tell you:”
If you know something,to hold on to it and if you don’t know something to allow that you don’t know it.”So if you don’t know something just acknowledge it and you’ll soon know b proper application of mind.

4.Even if you feel depressed, don’t worry it’s just a process and it’ll pass soon..And as far as loneliness is concerned, try meeting with people and the keyword is just don’t be harsh on yourself.

Enjoy this human life which has been awarded to you by virtue of your good actions of the past. It’s just too precious to spend in worry!!!!!!
