    My Happy habits include:

    1) Smiling at kids while walking on the road. It makes me forget all the pain and sorrows. That moment gives me immense joy.
    2) Spending time in nature
    3) Meeting old friends
    4) Gardening
    5) Last but not the least, readings lotz of self development books.

    Hi Trixie,

    I know how painful it would be to get rejected. I agree with Sapnap3 that dont pretend to be happy when you are not. Itz okay. Accept yourself first. I always say to everyone that Acceptance is power. It gives you that power to move on and grow as Matt said. Once you love and accept yourself, these rejections shouldnt matter you at all. There are many beautiful people out there. Just be patient and be as you are.

    Hello,

    It is very true that writing things down helps to voice out things which we are not able to tell verbally. We feel relieved by putting all our words into the paper. Please go ahead and put all your thoughts and feelings which you are going through in the letter and give it to him. I can say, it will definately help you a lot to accept what has happened because once you write about all your feelings and emotions in to the letter, bet me you will be completely relieved. Acceptance is the power which will give you new energy, hope and faith. Move on baby.
