senseiParticipant
I hear you, because I was there.
However I learned something which turned my life around. These are some I learned.
YOU must become the BEST FRIEND with YOURSELF.
Make a list of quality, personality, which you want to be friend with.
Try to BE on your List.
Because People and Things COME and GO, but YOU are stuck with YOURSELF for the rest of YOUR LIFE.When you wake up in the morning, say
“I will make today THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE.”
DO your best to make it as much as you can.I just thought only two right now, but I will let you know if I remember some more.

senseiParticipantI would like to share somethimg I learned from my Experience.
Before you want to be friend with other people, YOU must be friend with YOURSELF.
This is how I did it.
Make a list of charactors and personalities of a Good Friend you want to be friend with.
Then try to be the One on your list.
When you become the Best Friend with YOURSELF, you can have any friend you want.
As a matter of fact, People WANT to be friend with you.
If you have any questions about this or anything else, write me to sasanumasensei@gmail.com.Toshi Sasanuma
senseiParticipantFirst 40 years my life was pure HELL, deeply Depressed, extremely Sad and Unhappy. I trully believed that the only way out of this misery was to KILL MYSELF.
Fortunately I met a group of people and learned about “MYSELF”, “MY LIFE”, and “LIFE”. Next 15 years I felt HAPPY without any reason.
Last 10 years, I’ve lived “BEYOUN HAPPINESS”. If you want to see more, go to my Facebook “senseits sasanuma”.
Thank you
senseiParticipantThank you Amyra for the post.
Guy, I was so glad to read your post.
Addiction is nothing but full filling the “VIOD” within ourselves.
First 40 years of my life was a pure HELL, deeply Deprested, extreemlly Sad and Unhappy.
Those years I trully believed that the only way out of misery was to KILL MYSELF.Fortunatelly I met a group of people whom I learned something from and changed my life.
Believe me I have tried Alcohol, Drugs, and Religion, but those are temporal solution (?).
What I learned from this group were “MYSLF”, MY LIFE”, and “LIFE”.
More I learned and UNDERSTOOD, more I became Happy.
Rehab, AA meetings and other support groups DO NOT WORK, simply because addressing the wrong causes.
