Thank you I will follow your advices 🙂 I do know that I don’t breath as much as I would want to, what happens is like I focus on my breath and I catch myself sometimes holding my breath instead of letting all go, right there is something I need to work on. For now I will meditate for only 10 minutes or more a day as a start and see what happens. I do love challenges for example I decided recently to take only cold baths and showers, even if I don’t want to freeze I do it anyway because I know about the benefits and it will teach me discipline and handle being uncomfortable, and enjoy the little things in life. I know that nothing is stopping me to succeed and I can make it, though I see myself going back a bit negative as always, I will change all of that. I’m not that type of person who will tell someone that nothing is possible for them, I truly believe there’s a way out even for me, but sometimes we can get lost in the dark and vicious cycle.
I did make a warm cup of black tea with soy milk before I started to read your comments hmm! I rarely take walks because it’s cold here in Canada but I do go with my dog daily to play with her. I will read your two books I looked a bit online and they are right for me. Thank you!
