Hi internal conflict.
I have had internal conflict over my current self image and how I was seen in the world. When I changed my habits, I could shift my thoughts and feelings. Â Changing your routine, changes your mindset which causes the shift in how you perceive yourself and how others see you. Â You can change your habits by making friends with the part of you that is routine and the part that wants to change, then do the new behavior. Â It takes a little practice, but it works.
