Thank you all so much for this post, I feel like this often and am finding how I don’t feel safe in the world- I hide and isate and it’s like when I’m alone, it’s my secret little life separate from when I’m in the world. Â It’s a process of awareness and letting go of this belief, shifting focus and grounding inside myself so I’m solid anywhere I take myself.
