I have noticed that there are things that I’ve learned growing up that I’m restricted by. For instance I’ve had a standard of success hardwored into me that no matter how much I disagree with, I am still not able to unlearn it. If you have any advice no how to unlearn or undo these thinking patterns, please let me know.
Also, going through therapy, I learned a lot about where my anxiety and depression was stemming from, and was able to address those matters. However, I easily get triggered on completely new issues. And the panic attacks are worse than they used to be. I’m confused as to why this has happened.
