Dear Whaaaaat:
I tend to agree with the others that said that if your friend is dreaming about you, that is on them and not you.
Secondly and most importantly, pleasing oneself whether you are with a partner or not is perfectly normal. Based on the frequency that you describe, it is certainly not excessive by any means. Never feel guilty though or beat yourself up for having natural urges as you embrace your sensuality and inner goddess.Blessings,

It sounds like you are new to meditation and there has certainly been a lot of great advice already provided, but I wanted to weigh in since what I am going to say, may help someone else who may still be struggling. I have been successful instructing people who have a hard time meditating, so let me just say this. It is normal to get distracted every 5-20 seconds when you meditate. Your mind wanders and thinks about a host of things. And this happens to people who have been meditating for years. What changes is the recovery time, noticing the distraction and getting back on point of becoming calm. Sure you can meditate to a visual or a sound, mantra, etc., but the best mediations performed are ones that go deep into the cellular level to rid us of the muck that has become trapped in the deepest layers of our being. For this it’s just you in a darkened room with nothing but your breath. Feeling your breath at the opening of the nostrils and going back to that nostril location every time you’re distracted proves to be such an intense meditation, it will have you floating as you eliminate the muck, that is stuck. Hope that helps.
