hi, its simply being aware of all that is in your present moment, the sights the sensations. Being aware without using your mind to label everything or to analyze. A good way to practice is to sit comfortably in an upright position and relax, feeling your breath as it goes in and out and gently moves your belly and chest. Dont try and control your breath, just observe it. If your mind starts to wonder gently guide your self back to the breath. you can also practice mindfulness in any situation that does not require a lot of concentration, just by letting go of ‘thinking’ about what you are seeing and doing, and just being in the moment with it, When
i practice this and find myself thinking, i say to myself with a smile, something like, ‘aah, thinking again, let it go and relax’

    Cheers
