Not sure if this will help much ,but i don’t think you are alone
work seems to getting more demanding all the time my own employer seems to raise targets all the time and to be honest some are totally bonkers
my work is mostly commission so I need to keep pushing myself to keep the money coming in
I have often wanted to be self employed so my efforts are for me – but not brave enough so at least you are your own boss
