Mr A, I as a woman have a BMI of 33 and I’ve have consults with my doctor and I’m am not obese, yes I am a bigger girl and I am not skinny. But BMI does not take into account bigger body part (breasts, buttocks) or your muscle mass. And her weight should not differ some of the things you mentioned. But I do understand the pregnancy issues and that is reasonable. But I believe instead of pushing her on it that you should just simply keep buying healthy groceries and stick to it how you mentioned the keto and she lost 10 kgs. Keep doing the keto and buying keto food. She doesn’t have to do intense exercise, go on walks with her when you have the time. Make a walking goal, a mile, two miles. And keep working on that. She might be more inclined to exercise intensely if she loses a good amount with simpler stuff.
