ParticipantAgain. Matt is pretty much there!!! All I can say is….’to thine own self be true’ yes it has been said before but as I grow older, wiser and a little bit clearer…it is the best way. Otherwise….wasted life.

ParticipantTo thine own self be true.

ParticipantI think Matt is pretty much there. And…from a lifetime of experience…..we must let others be….our finest relationship is that we have with ourselves. which is not easy….but is the way of love.

ParticipantI have just read a lovely book called the four agreements. It has made…and continues to…make so much clear about the suffering I have caused in my own life but more than that, shows a way out. Essentially, the four agreements are
1. Be impeccable (without sin) in your word
2. Never take anything personally
3. Never assume anything
4. Always do your bestThere is a fifth….Listen…but always have a degree of scepticism
These may seem simple….but go behind them and there is SO much more. I suggest you check out the reviews on amazon….It may help you…..and no..I am not on commission. But not taking anything personally can make a huge shift in your thinking.
All the best

ParticipantPlease, please never give up on life and love. Keep going. I think it was Churchill, a man who suffered from depression, who said “When you are going through hell, keep going” I have been in a similar place, and I have never regretted keeping going……you need to know how special and beautiful you are. your mind will tell you lots of stuff….but that’s your mind, NOT YOU!!!!
Detach from it, see it, say OK that’s what you are saying, but actually…You may well have beliefs which do not serve you…..stand up to them and say ” I hear what you are saying, but you are not the truth. I am enough’

ParticipantReflect on those times when your own negative beliefs have silently wrapped themselves around you causing you to trip yourself up. When you find them, lean into them. Look them straight in the eye and say, “Thank you for letting me know you are here. You aren’t the truth. I am enough.”

ParticipantWe are all needing to find courage. All of us here are troubled in some way. Because we value life in a sea of humanity which does not. A sea of humanity which values money, celebrity, possessions. WE VALUE LIFE!. And while we value life, we hang on to THEIR values. Comfort. Security. Ignorance. Death. This is NOT what is about!!!
life is the value we should be seeking> end of. -
