Every week here in my home town I try to attend the The Local Farmers Market and I love it. It’s called Uptown Farmers Market here in Arizona and I follow them on Instagram (uptownmarketaz) to keep up with all the Local produce, herbs, soaps, organic dog treats, dog soaps, fresh seafood from Alaska or Washington, grass fed beef (all those things I buy often, except for red meat bc of my sensitive stomach) natural and organic remedies and much more. They even have some excellent food trucks all around that serve some really delicious food! Mama’s cold brew coffee is one of my very favorites when I arrive, to go and get me a cold latte and they even make their own home made coffee creamers, that’s all organic with different flavors like Salted Caramel and White Chocolate Raspberry today. Both of those flavors have been my favorite so far. If you love tacos like me – Shrimp Viche Man cooks up some amazing varieties of tacos right in front of you. So fresh and so delicious, their horchata is incredible too! They have some fresh made juices at times too. A lot of people love their crab and shrimp omelettes, I stick to their shrimp tacos or green chili chicken tacos, yum… If any of you are ever in Arizona visiting and enjoy the local outdoor farmers market, you need to check them out while you’re out here. They run every Wednesday’s (8am-1pm) and Saturday’s (9am-1pm)
