Hi Jasmine, I can understand how you’d feel dependent based on having lots of time to yourself, but not having friends or someone to share with, or something to do.
Instead, can you visualize what your ideal day would be like? And see if you can start taking steps toward it? I find that the best way to fight feeling negative is to take steps toward positivity. Even the tiniest steps make a difference toward feeling more like yourself and less of losing yourself in someone else’s life.
