    Dear Jack:

You are 57- depending on how much additional schooling you need to become a counselor (in school?)

If I could get my life back I would be a court room attorney in criminal law, ahhhh… and it is too late for me at 54 for a variety of reasons: my age and things I have done and shouldn’t have done during my walks and falls in the dark of these decades. Vocational counseling I attended, tests I took did absolutely nothing for me.

    Dear Jack:

Goals, well… hmmm.. People say that we need goals, but I wonder if that is so. Maybe a life without goals is not such a bad idea. Depending on what goals you are talking about. You already expressed your goal to lose some weight and it makes sense. You also expressed your goal of …acquiring more mental well being. Two goals. And Writing- you are writing here, and the goal of being funny and wittily-funny in your writings. What else? you are full of goals as is, aren’t you? What else is there?

I guess I meant career goals.
Strange for someone my age to be talking about career goals. I think the writing goal is BS.
I need to find a way to make a modest living at a job I am competent in and with people I can stand. That has proved elusive for a number of years now.
You are free to skip my posts anita. Give yourself a break.

    Dear Jack:

Here is the comment you mentioned on the other thread. Attachments are necessary and unavoidable.
