    Dear Katie:

    Consider talking to your parents about not having cash in the house, available for your brother to steal. No cash= no money for him to buy that juuls.

    Suggest to your parents to finance quality psychotherapy for your brother.

    Go to your brother’s high school and talk to the principle and/ or a teacher or counselor about your brother drug use and other troubles, see if someone there, in his high school, can help him.
