Dear Grace:

You started your own business at 16? Can you share a bit about this business, practically what it is?

It may be very difficult for any 16 year old girl to get “into that girl-boss place”. The Meryl Streep character in that movie was much older than 16, wasn’t she.

But you can take small steps toward that goal of being assertive now, at your age. At any age. Did you read/ hear about assertiveness, how to be assertive?
