Dear rosy12:

I don’t know how or where you can find a good nanny to stay with you at nights and help you take care of your baby. It has to be a person you will feel comfortable staying with at nights, a person your husband will feel comfortable with as well; a person good with babies, kind, not abusive. Check her history thoroughly so to make sure she is safe for you, your husband and most importantly, to your baby.
