I feel really lucky and extremely grateful to be home this weekend due to all the craziness going on in Europe due to suicide bombers endangering our safety but the bad news is that I have to go back to Europe on Monday :/ Any who – I’m on my menstrual cycle and nothing is worse than feeling like a humpback whale because of the water weight and your stomach protruding like you’re 7 months pregnant, very un-comfortable. I am extra clean during the 7 days of my cycle but it’s just feeling the extra cramps/water weight in my stomach that’s really bothersome. I drink the powdered Magnesium. Any of you women here, have any other natural remedies/rituals besides showering and cleaning yourself often during the day?
