About the Book
We all worry, every last one of us. Work challenges, relationship problems, health issues, life's unpredictability—all of these things can fill us with dread. Though it's natural to feel anxious from time to time, and part of being human, worry doesn't have to control us.
If you obsess about things you've said and done and agonize over how people perceive you, this journal is for you.
If you have a hard time relaxing because you can't stop dwelling on everything that might go wrong, this is for you too.
And if you panic about the things you can't control and feel unsafe more often than not, yes, this journal is for you too.
Filled with writing prompts, art pages, quotes, and more, Tiny Buddha's Worry Journal will help you feel calmer, happier, and more in control in your daily life. Throughout the book you'll also find the following recurring sections:
- Let It Go pages—identify what is causing anxiety and what you can do about it so you can move beyond your worries
- Make a Plan questions—proactively manage anxiety by creating your own roadmap for peace and calm
- Color Yourself Calm—tap into your creativity to help soothe your worries with 15 coloring pages and 15 doodle prompts
It's not possible to completely eliminate worry and anxiety. But it is possible to engage with your worries in a healthier, more productive way so that they no longer cripple you. Tiny Buddha's Worry Journal can help you do just that.

Beautiful and Effective Exercises for Exploring Your Anxiety:
I enjoyed this guided journal immensely, have purchased it for someone else, and recommended it to countless worriers. The exercises are excellent, helping you to work through and analyze your anxieties. There are also coloring pages and creative exercises, such as drawing, that pushed me out of my comfort zone. I find the “What’s worrying you?” exercise so helpful, I have share it with friends who are facing crises both major and small. I finished the journal today and am sad it will no longer be a part of my morning! I purchased Tiny Buddha’s Gratitude Journal and will begin it tomorrow. If you are someone devoted to self-improvement and enjoy writing and exploring the workings of your mind, you are going to love this beautiful journal.

Check in on this journal either daily or weekly:
I loved this journal last year. It didn’t take me long to fill it up! This journal was very helpful to my anxiety and it allows you to write your thoughts down. It has some exercises to do as well and pictures to color. Being a reiki practitioner, I found this was very soothing in so many ways. I’m looking for a different one this year!

I love this journal:
I love this journal. It’s beautifully made and it has just the right amount of space for a quick 5 minute journaling (so not overwhelming or time consuming). I also love the prompts and questions. That way I don’t have to think too much what to journal about.

Really helps with racing thoughts:
I suffer from severe GAD and I bought this book over the summer and I’ve been using ever since my purchase in July. I find it to be really helpful when I have a lot of thoughts. It has many prompts that are helpful in clearing your mind and being able to concentrate better. It also helps you see your thoughts much more clearly and to realize that what you’re overthinking and having anxiety over isn’t so bad after all. I definitely recommend this book!

Fun and relaxing book:
I ordered this book for both myself and my daughter who suffers from anxiety. It has great prompts that get you thinking and the color pages are fun. You can skip around the book based on your mood. Really recommend it for anyone who is spiritual and looking for inspiration and help with anxiety and peace.

Another way to journal feelings:
This is no Oprah good feeling book, this book is there to help you from stewing in your anger and worries. For me it’s a great way to release and reflect on what’s causing my worries and anger but still allows you to have some fun by coloring. This is not a totally blue book either, it allows you to feel a sense of calm after you’re done, for me this is how I like to deal with my day rather than just make a “happy” list. I think I’m ready to try Lori’s other books too!

Tiny Buddha is great:
I have been on Tiny Buddha’s newsletter list for about a year now. It is very helpful, timely, and covers many topics I can relate to. I was happy to find that this journal is just as helpful. It is positive, nicely organized, and focuses on finding positive ways to move through worry for a happier, more peaceful life. I love that there are so many prompts to creatively express oneself, through drawing, coloring, and writing.

Great book:
This book is great to have. It definitely helps you think about things in your life and how you can possibly solve any issues you have. And it can help you realize what you already have and to be happy about it.

Not overwhelming, simple yet effective:
I really like this. It’s not one of those books that overwhelms or feels like homework. It’s an introspective book that poses a question and you answer it. It really helps with self reflection and clarity to the over all bigger picture.

So good, I bought my sister one:
I’ve been journaling every day for around 7 years now and effectively reframe and jot my worries down, so it’s hard for me to find a guided journal I like. This journal really surprises me in its efficacy. I love the periodic “What’s worrying you” pages, with other prompts and coloring pages in-between. I haven’t colored since my mid-20s but LOVE doing it as a way to relax. It was so nice to color again! I’ve been enjoying jumping around and using pages that suit whatever mood I’m in. The book is also extremely lightweight. It’s gorgeous! I highly recommend it to anyone who is a chronic worrier and needs an effective outlet.

So nice to have a book that does not just “tell”:
I ordered one for myself and immediately realized how valuable a tool this book was. I promptly ordered two more for my daughters. They were most appreciative. So nice to have a book that does not just “tell” me what to do, but offers space and guidelines to write my thoughts, as well as peaceful adult coloring activity. A truly PERSONAL book that helps occupy my time to work with stopping worry vs. worrying. Thank you. I love Tiny Buddha.

Much more than I expected:
This journal is beautiful on the outside with a durable hard cover. The inside is filled with very helpful prompts that really nudge me to see things from a vaster perspective. When I need to take a break from my mind, I allow myself to become absorbed in coloring one of the pictures nestled in between the written pages of this book. Either way, I end up more relaxed and less worried than I was before I started writing or coloring. I also have the Tiny Buddha Gratitude Journal which helps me to focus on all the blessings in my life.

A way to control worries:
This book has pages where you can write down your worries and plans to deal with them as you think of them. That way you don’t have to worry because it’s in a place where you can forget them. It really worked for me!

Worth every penny:
This is an amazing journal. I ordered this for my 12 year old daughter, because she outgrew her other worry journal. This has prompts that are open ended but create some sort of form to follow.

It’s small and I can bring it with me places so I like that. I really like the prompts they have in the book. It’s very helpful for anxiety. I have ptsd and this is good for helping with that.
